Dow to Increase North American Prices on VERSENE Chelating Agents August 1, 2004

Midland, MI - June 28, 2004

The Dow Chemical Company is increasing its off-list prices in North America by $0.03 per pound on the 100 series of VERSENE* chelating agents, VERSENEX* 80, VERSENOL* 120, and Specialty EDTA liquid chelating agents. Dow is also increasing the list prices for VERSENE 100 by $0.01 per pound. The increases take effect August 1, 2004.
