VERSENE Chelants Announce Price Increase Effective November 1, 2005 Midland, MI - September 30, 2005 Effective November 1, 2005, or as contracts allow, Dow Chelants will increase list and off-list prices in the US by $0.10 USD/lb. with a $0.05/lb Temporary Voluntary Allowance (TVA) on all grades and forms of the following products. A Temporary Voluntary Allowance (TVA) is short term price relief which may be offered by Dow to its customers that can be withdrawn without notice at Dow's discretion.
Effective November 1, 2005, or as contracts allow, Dow Chelants will increase list and off-list prices in the US by $0.10 USD/lb. on all grades and forms of the following products:
Effective immediately, maximum monthly purchases may be held to 100% of year-to-date monthly averages or to contract quantities, whichever is less.
